I normally don't like cake but get excited when I'm ordering for my kids' birthdays. Not only are Mandy's creations beautiful and executed flawlessly, but they are also SO delicious.
If you give her just the tiniest idea she turns it into something far beyond what you thought possible. Mandy is an amazing baker, a talented cake decorator and a wonderful human being.
